At Flynker, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Return and refund policies may vary depending on the product category.

Return Request

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving the order.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

The product must be returned in:

  • Original condition
  • Original folds
  • Original tags and packaging

Products returned without tags or in damaged condition may not qualify for a full refund.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed and will follow the return/exchange process.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 1–2 business days
  • Amount will be refunded through the original payment method

A 5%–10% service charge may apply for returns without product defects.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Jewellery
