1. What is Flynker?
Flynker is an Indian online fashion marketplace where multiple verified vendors sell ladies ethnic and western wear including lehengas, sarees, anarkalis, kurtis, co-ord sets, and jewellery — all available through one platform.
2. Is Flynker genuine and trustworthy?
Yes. Flynker carefully vets all vendors before they are allowed to list products on the platform. Every seller must meet our quality and reliability standards. Customer reviews and ratings are also visible on all products to help you make informed decisions.
3. Who sells on Flynker – is it one brand or multiple sellers?
Flynker is a multi-vendor marketplace. Multiple independent fashion vendors and brands sell through our platform. Each product page shows the vendor it’s fulfilled by.
4. What is the return and exchange policy? Return and exchange policies may vary slightly by vendor. Most vendors on Flynker offer returns within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags intact. Check the individual product page for vendor-specific policy details.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by vendor and your location. Typically orders are delivered within 4 –7 business days across India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
6. Is there free shipping?
Yes. Flynker offers free shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India.
7. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart from the vendor. Measure your bust, waist, and hip in inches and match with the chart. For ethnic wear, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes.
8. What fabrics are available on Flynker? Vendors on Flynker offer products in a wide range of fabrics including georgette, chinon, Paithani silk, Chanderi, khadi cotton, Chettinad cotton, faux blooming, vichitra silk, and more.
9. How do I care for ethnic wear purchased on Flynker?
Care instructions vary by fabric. Generally, embroidered and silk pieces should be dry-cleaned. Cotton pieces can be gently hand-washed in cold water. Refer to the care label on each product.
10. What payment methods are accepted? Flynker accepts all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
11. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email. You can also check order status by logging into your account at flynker.com/my-account.
